Abstract: Heat transfer is the process by which thermal energy moves from one physical system to another, driven by a temperature difference. It occurs via three main mechanisms: conduction, convection, and radiation. Conduction involves the transfer of heat through direct molecular interaction within a material, and it is governed by Fourier's law. Convection is the transfer of heat by the motion of fluids (liquids or gases), described by Newton's law of cooling. Heat transfer plays a crucial role in various natural processes and industrial applications, from cooling of electronic devices to the design of heat exchangers in power plants. Understanding and controlling heat transfer is essential in engineering, physics, and many technologies, impacting energy efficiency, material design, and temperature regulation in diverse systems.
