Abstract: This pedagogical publication, issued by the Faculty of Law at Relizane University (Ahmed Zabana), serves as supplementary scientific material for first-year law students in Algeria. It aims to provide legal terminology in both Arabic and English for the following modules in the second semester: Introduction to Legal Sciences, Judicial Organization, and Constitutional Law.
1. Theory of Right: The source addresses the Theory of Right in detail, reviewing traditional legal doctrines such as the Personal, Objective, and Mixed schools, as well as modern theories. It defines the subjects of right , distinguishing between a natural person and a legal person . As a second point, it specifies the object of right and the classification of things into material and moral, real estate (immovables) and movables, and "work" as an obligation to perform or abstain from an act.
2. Judicial Organization: The second axis defines the concept of a lawsuit, the conditions for its admissibility, and the procedures , The publication also details incidents of litigation, such as stay of proceedings, interruption, and abatement, in addition to judicial requests and defenses. It further covers judicial judgments regarding their formal elements and types, distinguishing between contradictory judgments, default judgments, and final judgments on the merits.
3. Abstract: يعد مقياس الاقتصاد السياسي من الركائز الأساسية في تكوين طلبة السنة الأولى حقوق، نظرًا للتكامل الوثيق بين الظاهرة القانونية والواقع الاقتصادي، و تهدف هذه المطبوعة البيداغوجية إلى تزويد الطالب بالمعارف الأولية والمفاهيم الأساسية التي تمكنه من فهم آليات إنتاج الثروة وتوزيعها، كما تسلط الضوء على تطور الفكر الاقتصادي عبر العصور، وعلاقته المباشرة بالتشريعات والقوانين المنظمة للمجتمعات، و كذا أهم المدارس الاقتصادية و اسهامتها ، كما يسعى هذا العمل إلى تبسيط النظريات الاقتصادية الكبرى، ومناقشة الأنظمة الاقتصادية كالنظام الرأسمالية والاشتراكية و الإسلامي بأسلوب علمي ومنهجي ملائم، يتيح هذا التمهيد المعرفي للطالب استيعاب الخلفيات الاقتصادية وراء صياغة القوانين، لا سيما التجارية والمالية منها، و بناءً على ذلك، تشكل هذه المطبوعة أداة مرجعية تدعم التحصيل الأكاديمي، وتنمي الفكر النقدي لدى طلبة الحقوق في المستقبل .2026-01-01T00:00:00Z
